SHIPPING RULES
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays within the times indicated in the cart summary (which will depend on the products chosen)
If it is not able to deliver the goods ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Sweet Papillon sas will promptly notify the Customer via email. Sweet Papillon sas is not responsible for unpredictable delays.
In case of withdrawal, the amount already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the customer or his representative is required at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or to the indications must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reservation on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Number of shipping
Sweet Papillon sas will send the customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped.
In order to ensure the safety of the delivery of the Product Sweet Papillon sas will keep the shipping number of each delivery made
SHIPPING FEES
For purchases with delivery on Italian territory, shipping costs are equal to 5 euros using the SDA courier
For purchases with delivery abroad, the estimate of the shipping costs is provided after entering the shipping address.
RESO
The shipping costs of the return (if possible) are charged to the customer
The right of withdrawal is subject to the existence of the following conditions:
- the products must not have been used or worn and must not show signs of wear, abrasions, scratches or scratches
- the accompanying tag where present must not be separated from the object
- the products must be returned in their original packaging.
- the products must not have been customized or made specifically for the customer
Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal.
To obtain the withdrawal, the customer must communicate his intention to withdraw from the purchase within 8 days of receiving the package.

Papillonmilano.it will inform the customer via email about the acceptance of the return and will authorize him to send the package containing the returned goods to:

The goods subject to withdrawal travel at the risk and expense of the sender who is therefore advised to send the goods by express and insured courier such as Fedex, TNT and the like.
Papillonmilano.it is not responsible for any loss or theft of goods sent to it.
The shipping costs incurred by the customer for the returned goods are refundable only in the event of an error ascertained by papillonmilano.it and in no other case.
papillonmilano.it reserves the right to refuse returns of goods that present in whole or in part evident signs that the same has been worn, used or in any case damaged and / or altered.
papillonmilano.it will re-credit the amounts paid by the customer with the exclusion of the shipping costs incurred at the time through the same means used for the payment of the original order within 15 working days from receipt of the return.
Important notes:
- returns of goods that have been personalized for the customer are not allowed
- insurance costs and those relating to the transport of the returned item are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer fails to insure the object returned during transport, he remains the one and only responsible in case of loss or theft of the same.
